I originally ordered the Christmas Sparkle in 'small' but it wasn't a great fit for me, so I phoned the customer line about a partial exchange. The assistant was really helpful. Instead, I ordered the Winter Wonderland eco burgundy jumper in size XS, and I am completely delighted with it. It matches the extraordinary craft-skill of the Sparkle jumper and likewise is beautifully made. The size, design and colour on me is a much better fit. I would recommend this company's products and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

I purchased a jumper for my daughter's school's Christmas jumper day. Like many of her age, she is really keen on protecting the environment and was excited by the Eco range. Unfortunately the jumper ordered wasn't available, but Faith in Customer Services was quick to help out and arranged for an alternative to be sent expedited. Looked at various sites for a Christmas jumper but found British Christmas Jumpers to be the best (made in UK using recycled materials made it even more appealing). Ordered online and received my jumper within 48 hours using standard delivery. Jumper is exactly as ordered, fits well and appears to be of good quality. Very pleased with this thick jumper. Well made in England. It is a gift for Xmas but my husband has tried it on and it fits him well. The size ordered is a medium and it's true to size. However there is no room for stretching so he'd better not put weight on.during the festive period.
