Its ok

I was very skeptical about buying a ring online, but this company made it so easy. The ring was way better than expected and she loved it.

I got it within 3 days, haven't popped the question yet but whoever I showed it to said it was beautiful.

Writing on behalf of my brother, who actually purchased the ring for his fiance. Even though he sent the ring back, the customer service was very helpful before, during, and after his purchase. So, primarily, the 4 stars are for that. As a buyer, beware that ultimately my brother decided to return the ring after trying to get it appraised for insurance purposes at multiple local and reputable jewelry retailers. Some wouldn't even bother, one questioned if it was even a real diamond, and another had not so nice things to say about the stone in front of him. What he learned after visiting these retailers is that the diamond was indeed real, but it was what is called an "enhanced" diamond - which is a process that uses technology to improve the visual appearance of lower grade diamonds. Feel free to do a search for it. This appears why Brillianteers can offer large "high-quality" diamonds for cheaper than other competitors. Again, this may not be a deal-breaker for some people, but ultimately it was for my brother. So, when you purchase from them, just know what you are (and are not getting). Overall, my brother had not problem working with them; their customer service was top-notch.

I'm leaving a five (one) star because the customer service is awful and my one star review got pushed to the last page. Unacceptable. We absolutely love the ring, but the prongs need tightened and that is covered in the warranty. We've been trying to get in touch with the company for multiple days (going on two weeks). We're lucky if we receive an email back a week later. One email said ship it to their address and that was it - they didn't mention anything about how long it would take, special packaging, etc. 1/5. Beyond poor service.

I love this ring and have gotten so many compliments on it. I love wearing it and it looks so good on my finger. Thank you for the gorgeous ring. It really is beautiful.

The staff could not have been more helpful. We were a little apprehensive about ordering online but in the end it was very much worth it. Great value and exactly what we were looking for. Everything came exactly as described too. Would definitely recommend.

Not gonna lie I didn't think this was a real jewelery shop online, but I verified that it was and went ahead with it. The ring I found was incredibly well priced and at a huge discount. Paid 1300 for a 5000 dollar ring. Can't beat it. Came in a beautiful ring box. Can't wait to propose with it.
