So this is my first time actually ordering directly from Brave and Bearded. My boyfriend would normally buy the Unscented Beard Oil from his barber. With COVID, we were faced with no more oil and I much preferred ordering here than Amazon (to support local business). To my dismay, I accidentally ordered the oil in original fragrance (which smells divine) but my boyfriend is allergic to perfume, so the only oil he has found that is suitable for his sensitive skin is the Unscented. The order arrived quickly and once I realized my mistake, I immediately emailed customer service explaining the situation. I got a reply within two hours and they will exchange the oil bottles free of charge. WOW. I was impressed with their products, now I'm impressed with the brand as well. Couldn't ask for a better company to support! Thank you guys!

Je suis quelqu'un qui a des problèmes de rougeurs au visage. De l'eczema léger en fait. Depuis des années, le seul recours que j'avais était les pruduits "féminins" pour me laver le visage. Ma blonde m'a offert ma première bouteille de champoing et d'huile pour la barbe. Après m'avoir fait expliqué les produits naturels que le champoing pour les cheveux et le corp avait, et qu'elle voulait que j'aie la barbe moins "échevelée", j'ai tenté ma chance. J'ai acheté ma 2ième bouteille de champoing et d'huile au Salon de la Moto de Montréal. Je n'ai plus de peau sèche au visage et surtout, plus de rougeurs désagréable et extrèmement embarrassantes. Et j'ai un parfum, disons, beaucoup plus masculin. C'est pas parce qu'on est un gars qu'on a pas besoin de produit qui ne contiennent pas de "savon pour laver les chars". On a beau être le gars le plus masculin, on peut avoir une peau sensible. Les gars de Brave and Bearded l'ont compris. Et j'en suis plus que reconnaissant. Longue vie à vous les boys. Je vous envoie ma prochaine commande bientôt.

The beard oil is fantastic! I came across brave and bearded at the Montreal motorcycle show this year, they had a stand there. I bought a beard brush and the urban conditioner. The scent really rocks and the beard never looked/felt better!

Thank you all, you have the best products for both beard and hair and I did test at least 5 other brands in the past 2 years. I bought the unscented balm which my wife love and the beard looks great. The shampoo is useful for both beard and hair and too bad I didn't buy the super-jumbo-format. Cheers!

Lets get right down to it lads. With great Beards comes great responsibility! Normally my cheek carpets have Clint Eastwood levels of aggressive grizzlyness, like some sort of rabid bush-wookie. I swear, were you to touch it, you’d slice a digit. It’s like human razor wool! However, I'm happy to say that just a few passes with what they should be calling the 'Excalibrush', help me tame the face monster. Then all I need is a few drops of the B&B oil, to keeps my mug rug, soft, lush, healthy, and calm for the entire day. If it gets restless, a quick pass through with the comb will appease it. 10/10 knotless beards. Thank you guys! May you're beards never grow thin!
