Purchased a replacement cowl from bmwpartswarehouse since it was priced the best with the cheapest shipping rates. Had issues with the delivery at no fault of bmwpartswarehouse. They quickly responded and help me get a replacement sent my way. This too had issues with the carrier. I felt like I wasn’t going to catch a break with the carrier, but instead of giving up, bmwpartswarehouse went above and beyond to find an innovative solution and ultimately got me the part. Thank you so much!

Bad experience, not what was described and in image
The part i bought was not what i needed, i needed the full antenna including the mount. The description and images included what I needed. There was no way to talk to anyone to confirm if it was a fit even though i put the VIN it never told me id it would work. Lastly shipping costs were way above normal. Please reach out to me to help resolve this.
