Poor Quality, Poor Service.
I ordered parts and Included the VIN number, and was prompted that the parts were a correct fit. A few days later I receive an email from a person saying the parts were not a correct and they changed them. I sent several emails and tried calling and texting and emailing to discuss this issue and it has been 3 weeks so far they still have not replied to me, via text, phone call, or email. I also entered the current promo code from the parts website headings at the time which was not accepted, and that was not acknowledged by my communication either. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of service.

Lost package bad service
I made an order on December 5 and still have not recived it yet. I called customer service 2 times already and no one can provide any answers. The last time I called the rep told me that they have to look for the package because it has not been picked up by UPS. Not sure where ro go from here l. They told me call back.

Communication with this company is non existent. Today is the 17th day since I placed my order and I STILL have not received my parts! And I paid extra for expedited shipping! I would not recommend buying from this company.

Hello, I am reaching out today because I recently asked BMW parts to escalate my concern to a higher level. In order for you to understand my concern, I would like to provide you with a backstory of the problems I have been dealing with over the last month. On September 26, my 1998 BMW started to overheat and lose fluid. After diagnosing the problem and narrowing it down to the heater core, I attempted to determine on whether the maintenance of this problem was within my skill level to appropriately fix the problem. I tried using the owners manual and the Bentley book for this make and model to see how to fix the issue, and I really don’t feel the information was valuable in determining how to replace the heater core for this model. I went on to YouTube to see if there were any manuals or videos from a certified BMW technician and there were none available. A google search provided zero videos available from reputable sources on how to fix this problem. I called multiple BMW authorized mechanics in the area and they determined the job to be a 10-12 hour labor rate in order to replace the heater core. At 200 dollars and hour I had zero choice but to tackle the problem on my own. I do not have the financial ability to take on 2000-2400 dollars in charges due to labor alone. On my own, I spent 26 hours to successfully remove the heater core from under the dash. In my opinion there is no way to remove the heater core cover without cutting the bottom tab off of the cover. I sourced the part from my local parts store and spent and additional 7 hours trying to get the heater core to match the lines right and I did not have any luck. The reason it did not work is because there are two notches on the line that the aftermarket heater core did not account for. At this point I understood that the OEM part was necessary in order to make this work. I have been working on this car for a month, and on October 30th I sourced the proper part through your BMW parts web site. W...

Took over a month to receive “In stock” parts. Not to mention the customer service response time was extremely long.
