I’ve never had any delays on the part of BH cosmetics. About half my cosmetics are BH brand. Lol. Their products are all great quality and pigmented. And that’s important for someone like me who loves to make a bold makeup statement. It’s upsetting to hear that the company filed for bankruptcy 😢

Wonderful, great improvement on the shipping, I'm wishing the best luck since you filed bankruptcy. In the future collab with Influencers or merchandise like Doritos for example.

Love the quality products at a reasonable price. Products were delivered with no issues, everything as described. I did not have any contact with customer service so I can’t rate that part. However, I feel the turn around time between ordering and delivery is very slow.

Shipping took a little long, but everything arrived in great condition and looks as pictured. I am disappointed in the vibrancy of the pigments in my palette, and the range of colors, but I appreciate the value for the cost, and I will be shopping with BH again in the near future.
