My first purchase was the Deodorant and I had some reservations about it since I was a lifelong aluminum-based deodorant user. I contacted customer service to ask about a refund and they were kind enough to offer one, and also gave me a ton of background info and advice about switching to natural deodorant. In the end, I didn't even need the refund because I just followed their advice. They always include great samples with my orders too, which is a double edged sword because I always order more and more stuff! Love basilwood!
