Easy to assemble, delivers. Only minor thing is that it's a little clunky to switch heights, could be easier and more seamless.

I recently purchased the BaseBlocks Big Bar Pro and I’m extremely pleased with the product overall. It’s an excellent tool for practicing calisthenics and bodyweight exercises, offering a sturdy and reliable setup for my workouts. The quality of the materials is top-notch, and the assembly was straightforward. However, I would like to kindly bring up a minor issue with the shipping process. Upon arrival, I noticed some scraping on the coating and a slight dent on one of the connecting pipes, which I believe occurred during transit. It took me some time to fix, as it affected the assembly. I would highly recommend improving the packaging to ensure the product arrives in perfect condition, as it’s a fantastic piece of equipment. That said, I’m still very happy with my purchase and look forward to many great workouts with the Big Bar Pro!

The base blocks tubes on the b-bars had burrs on the inside of two (out of 4) of the holes. When the manufacturer drilled the holes they needed to grind these off. The birds scraped the plastic and created shavings. I used a rat tail file to grind down the inside of the tubes and takeoff the burrs. This solved the problem. The company offered no solution only to return or replace the bar. I may return it. I’m not sure, but I have not found one that is the same configuration.

I’m a big fan. Reconstituting my body and using your equipment in my arsenal to prevent muscle loss as I lose a drastic amount of weight.

I was expecting to receive a high quality set of dip bars due to the price tag. Instead, I was met with a clunky set of monkey bars that hardly serve their purpose. The pins that hold the bars together and allow them to adjust are the cheapest and least effective way that BaseBlocks could have picked to do so. To adjust the individual bars up or down a size takes about 10 minutes of shaking and wobbling (a good workout in that sense!). Taking them apart and storing them is also a total headache because of how much of a pain these pins are. I would just go with a cheaper Amazon version. Save your money and time.

I am just beginning to get into calisthenics and have been looking for apps/programs and equipment to help me with that journey. After fairly extensive review I believe that baseblocks offers the best alround solution for me. The equipment seems well made and reasonably priced and the programs cater for all levels and are professionally presented.

The instructions are horrible. The big bar is good, but I wish the height was adjustable to enable folks to conduct exercises at varying heights. In my apartment I can easily do pullups but my head is too close to the ceiling. Additionally, this means I can't do muscle ups, which was the whole reason why I got the big bar to begin with. Such an unfortunate impediment.

Overall, the metal mini bars are a decent product. Pros: They are sturdy (welded steel) and the hardware provided (spring pins and locking pins) is good quality. The adjustable nature is well-designed and very useful. They will certainly help you get stronger in calesthenics. Cons: They are a little difficult to adjust, mainly because of less-than-perfect fabrication. The alignment of some of the pieces doesn't seem quite square. They are made in China and probably could use some better Quality Assurance. The metal handles are hard and start to hurt your hands. If buying again, I'd try the wood handles.

I often write reviews, and this one is special. For starters, ordering, shipping, and delivery were outstanding! The bar arrived in a very compact and sturdy box, I actually thought I received the wrong item. Assembly was a breeze! It literally took me 15 minutes to complete the entire process! The engineers got it right! The product is very sturdy (no wobble at all), I do pull ups, leg raises, and long hangs with no issues (I'm 180 lbs). As you can see from the photo, I have a garage gym, and this bar fits perfectly. I'm looking forward to many years of exercise with this bar!
