Ordering for shipment to a logistics company and then out of the country takes some coordination. Banyan's staff were very patient and helpful. The order arrived a little earlier than expected, but all in all, the process was great! Joint Balm is a great product. My husband is on his feet all day and does a lot of manual work, so his hands and feet are always sore. Massaging Joint Balm on his joints helps him tremendously with the pain. I prefer the balm over the oil for smaller areas of the body because, while being equally warming, it absorbs faster and it doesn't get messy, or slippery if rubbing on feet. The herbal blend is soothing and smells amazing!

My Banyan order was scanned as delivered at the NDCBU (multi-unit mailbox) where I receive mail. However, I didn't receive it. The mail carrier either misdelivered it and the recipient didn't turn it in, or the mail carrier stole it. Either way, I didn't receive it. I contacted the local post office and Banyan. The postmaster personally put notices in all the mailboxes, requesting any misdelivered package be returned to the post office. No success. Banyan immediately shipped a second package at no charge. No other company I have ever dealt with has been so quick to respond. Thank you, Banyan, for wonderful products and exceptional service!
