I cannot fault this company on its products and its customer service. I placed an order, but had a senior moment and ordered the wrong size of bag and when it arrived it also had an item missing, that had fallen out in transit. Not only have they replaced the bag with the correct one, they also replaced the missing item from the package, Which was not their fault. Superb communication the whole time, and I would have to single out Ashley for his patience and help on this situation. I have been absolutely delighted to do business with them. I have already ordered more hardware from them, as why would I need to go to anyone else. A ten gold star rating is deserved.

Great quality storage bags for our feather flags, delivered super fast

They kept us updated on any amendments and changes that needed to be made, and were patient and very helpful with updating our design. We received the finished banner today and we are very pleased with it. Putting it up when we are out gigging will hopefully attract attention as well as new members for the band.
