This review is long overdue; ordered mini croissants and mini baguettes from Baked 2 Go for the first time this summer, and I was very impressed! They were delicious! I hadn't eaten anything in 4 years that even came close to tasting like a croissant or baguette...until this!! I traveled from NH to Quebec City this summer, and I ordered online prior to my trip. The delivery was fast and efficient! These arrived at my hotel in Quebec City before I even got there. I was able to enjoy these delicious gluten free treats during my trip. I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended!

Even though we have to order ahead and pay for shipping, these buns are worth it! This is how we will be getting our hamburger buns from now on.

I am extremely pleased with everything I have so far purchased either in store on Dec 5th or online since then. The bread and for me especially the croissants are so close to the texture and taste of wheat bread as I can remember it. I have been gluten free by necessity for almost 5 years now. So finding things that appeal to me and I will reuse has been very hard. These items are so good, I have had to tell my daughter and husband, both of whom can have gluten, to leave them alone for me. And not to forget the service...It is ever bit as good as the food. I am not bilingual by a long shot, but when I travel with my hubby to Quebec ( his family lives in Montreal) I use what French I have acquired over the years. I have not yet had an issue in either English or French spoken or written in getting the information I need to make my choices. I will definitely be buying more items in future by mail or in person and encourage anyone else needing a gluten free baked item to do the same.

Your white bread is awesome. Its light, squishy, no aftertaste, great shelf life, don't have to toast it before making a sandwich. Love it!
