Axial made things correct with problems with my order and surprised we with faster shipping than anticipated. Went from very upset to blown away with the effort to help fix the issues and make things right even though they did not initially commit to what the ended up doing. Huge Fan!

Although I haven't had any contact with Axial, I've not had any problems getting what I order. I ordered online and had no issues. The rig was delivered promptly and I'm thoroughly enjoying my scx24 Bronco.
