Great packaging and on time

I had an issue with shipping for the first time ever! Joanna helped me get the clothes I I ordered. Some items were no longer available, so I got a full refund on those items. Fully satisfied and will be shopping again soon for fall clothes!

Shirts need To be longer

I've always had great service with Avenue. Love the clothes. It is one place where sizing is consistent and when I order, I know it will fit. Just wish you'd reopen the stores!

Mistake. Bought swimming dress and I received part down

exactly what I expected from avenue. some items were perfect, most of them stunk. what I wouldn't give for a retail store again so I could actually try things on first and spare myself having to buy sale items that don't fit me.

Great quality

I've been a customer for like 30 years. Everything's going well last week. I called to get a ticket to go to happy returns. Talk to 5 different People Avenue had been bought out by some other company like Romans and some kind of catalog system. It was horrible customer service. They were rude and I talked to five different people, they said they couldn't find my order and I could not return it because they had they were changing their system and ball Ave. so I am no longer a customer with Ave.
