Sending people a return authorization without mentioning that shipping will also be refunded once you receive the package just makes them frustrated and leaving poor reviews.

I was sent the wrong part. I have tried to return it for the right part and no one answers the phone or emails to give me an authorization to return. I'm just going to return it anyway and see what happens. I guess I will contact my credit card company and let them take care of this.
