I ordered the Calacutta Gold beveled tiles for my new kitchen backsplash and they are absolutely beautiful. The online calculator on their website for amount needed was simple to use, shipping was less than two weeks out and all tiles arrived safe and sound! It’s always so nice to have that kind of experience. Installation is happening today!

I have ordered samples two times -- different colors. When they arrived they were exactly the same color!

I spent close to 300 on switchplates and 3 arrived damaged. When I contacted yiu I was asked to submit pictures of delivered box and how package was wrapped which is impossible to do once the package was opened and I saw the damaged products. I would only be able to do if I anticipated and issue. I basically lost my money and can not recommend the product or company.

Many tiles in the mosaic were damaged. Was asked to send photos of each(over 20 tiles) box it came in and outer box- which were both not damaged. There was no shipping protection such as packaging wrap to protect any tiles- just placed in the box like it was going across the street. Even though 20 sheets were damaged - they offered to send me one sheet in which I can piece together each mosaic to make whole. What a joke. Will not purchase from again.

I had found a tile that was comparable to what I have as my kitchen backsplash. I had questions about the tile and customer service was very helpful. I ordered a sample; really a good match but thicker than I have. Still considering ordering the tile even though thicker than I have. Still thinking about it

The marble skirting that I ordered is beautiful and well priced. I had one piece that was damaged, but they replaced it with a new piece. Thanks for the great customer service and high quality products.

Never received th3 tiles, and when I followed up was told just wait a few more days.

The cover cracked during the installation.

Beautiful tile. Came wrapped safely, not one broken tile. The order came considerably short of what I ordered. Customer service got to the bottom of it quickly and apologized for the mistake, the rest arrived in a couple of days.

7 of 9 tiles arrived broken …. Complicated service dealing with the issue

Although in general I was satisfied with my order, I felt there was quite a bit of variation in the color of the tile overall. Probably 85% was consistent, but the remainder was not. I understand it's a natural stone with variation. But it's hard to lay out 150sf prior to placement in order to mix and match the tile color variations for a satisfying final look.

Miscommunication on my end led to a poor review. I was entirely wrong - American tile was responsive helpful and kind. Great tile too.

Everything is great! I ordered the sample and loved the color. I ordered 20 boxes of the tile and the contractors are installing it as we type. I searched everywhere in my large city of San Antonio and across the web for a vintage looking tile that wouldn’t break the bank and y’all had just what I was looking for. Thanks!
