All my orders have arrived promptly and lovely healthy pups and larger plants have all survived despite myself being a total novice. Additional care instructions included with orders plus I know that I can message if I have extra concerns. Website is easy to negotiate and I find the pricing of plants is reflected in the quality of product... I'll be ordering again!

My second order but I am very disappointed about this order. One of the air plant I ordered was the Streptophyllia and I got one with the base rotten and I am not sure if it live, the Tenuifolia also looks dried out and I am trying to revive it, hopefully it lives. They took a week to ship my order and from what I paid and what I got, I am not very happy!
