I've generally have great experiences with AGIProDJ, especially with product recommendations and quick shipping. Recently, however, I've encountered issues with follow-up communication. For instance, my recent order of Chauvet lights, listed as In Stock but needing direct shipment from Chauvet, lacked timely updates on delivery. I received a tracking number just a day before the lights arrived, two weeks later. Last year, a custom cable for a Sennheiser receiver and Everse 8 speaker also faced communication delays, taking about a month from sending it in to receiving it back. While delays are understandable, clear and prompt communication on updates would have demonstrated better customer service.
