I was frustrated to find out that the shipping company required that I sign for the item when delivered. As a small business it is extremely difficult to make myself available for a 4 hour delivery window. This should have been addressed before the item was shipped so I could’ve made other shipping arrangements.

Good pricing on the Pacer Pumps. Pumps were packaged well, and arrived in great condition. We would have liked email contact about our order shipment. We didn't get anything about the order shipment, or tracking, or when to expect it, until the truck line driver called to verify we would be present to accept the delivery that same day.

I found the electric pump that we were looking for. Pricing was fair. They recommended a mounting plate for it, which came in handy, but should have come with the pump in the first place, in my opinion. Order shipped out right away and was delivered unscathed. The unit was packed very well and was secured to the pallet nicely. No issues up to this point. Pump is mounted and awaiting a visit from our electrician for startup.
