Shipping was fast and great customer service

Ordering, shipping, all good!

Ordering and delivery were as expected. Battery hold down plate was missing from the battery but that would be more of an issue with Kubota quality control. Took ten minutes to manufacture one and we were off to the races.

Great customer service. Generator arrived ahead of schedule. It came with easy to ready instructions which made it very easy to install.

Did a great job. I recommend to anyone needing fast service. Parts received worked great.

Great service! Great staff! Very helpful and quick response to technical questions. Handling and shipping seems a little steep for the small item ordered but, that’s what it costs.

I have ordered a couple times, and the customer service is great. They have the parts I can’t find anywhere else. Shipping amount was outrageous, but I had to have the part I ordered so I was willing to pay it.

I first called and spoke to Scott in January, I believe. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding the Onan generator. Over the next 3+ months, I spoke to Scott a number of times. I was having the generator shipped to the manufacturer of my trailer to be installed and they did not want it in their warehouse for an extended period of time before my service appointment. In early May, I purchased the generator and it was shipped. It arrived right on time. It is now installed in my 5th wheel trailer and we are very pleased so far.
