Very disappointed as this only worked for 3 days over Christmas period. Changed batteries to no avail. Have contacted 99santi99 twice with no response. Very disappointed in this Company and product. 9 year old grandson devastated. Good product when it worked for 3 days.

Check the returns policy carefully!! I categorically would not and could not recommend this company. My experience with 99Santi99.com was fine until after Christmas when I wanted to return an (unopened) product. They take a long time to respond and in my case they refused the return for no other reason than their very short return policy! I am extremely disappointed, as a new business I would have thought they could do better.Price might be good, but bad aftersales customer service.

Exactly as described, original item, but £10 cheaper than elsewhere. They didn't have the stock to hand, but dispatch was still prompt, within plenty of time for Christmas. Would recommend.
