Everything was great except the tracking. But my package arrived, on time with the second delivery date. All in all 511 did a good job, it was UPS that let me down when the changed the delivery date. The product is great and has the fine quality I expect from 511. The fit is exactly what I expected and fits. I can trust their sizes and the products features are as advertised. Just wish I could have afforded more.

Easy, fast shipping, good price

Shipping was fast service was incredible. The boots as always fit perfectly this is my second pair of the same boot. Just shorter ankle 6 inch instead of 8, but I love them both. Fits like a glove break in in less than a week with daily. Wearing. I think i've tried just about 5. 11 boots there is, and these are by far my favorite.

I've been doing business with 5. 11 for a long time, and I've never had a problem with a single product I've purchased. Quality is always top-notch no matter what the product is. Boots, Uniform Shirts and Trousers, Bags and Packs. They've been dependable, durable, and able to handle daily use for years.

Poor customer service. I returned items that were th wrong size. During UPS shipping the box was some how opened, product came out & was not returned to store. I have the receipt including the full weight of the box from UPS. The 11 associate I spoke to about not getting my full refund, accused me of not returning all the items & trying to scam the company. Once he figured out that I did not & that in his words, UPS must have damaged or opened the box & did not put all product back. He never apologized for accusing me of "trying to scam" 511. I also had spent $400 dollars on an order that I did keep. I made the purchase a week apart. So rude & unprofessional.

I have had about 5, 5. 11 belts all lasting at least 3-4 years or until I outgrow them I just brought one two weeks ago, and it has started to come apart. So with the 90 day warranty I took it back to the store and the manager says it’s normal wear ad tear and I should take it home and use a soldering iron to burn it back together and no exchange will be granted. I guess this is the end of an era for belts. You think you could get better quality for a $70 belt. Customer only matters at the purchase. No service after the receipt is printed

There is one company that I can rely on to make durable, comfortable, and good looking clothing. That company is 5. 11. I have really long legs so shopping for pants that will last me a while is a nightmare, but ever since I saw 5. 11's clothing I've never had to buy another brand of pants again. With their wide variety of sizes, they can fit my 36" inseam with many good pairs of pants. And because they are durable, all the crawling in the mud and hiking through thick brush either brushes or washes right off the pants. This doesn't even cover their wide variety of jackets but to put it simply, they don't disappoint either.
