Ordered 4 rolls of PCTG on Wednesday, was delivered on Thursday, that was incredible. Called and asked about settings for my X1C, and was directed to the downloadable files. Downloaded and printed these clamp holders for my woodshop and they look amazing! No problems or issues and everyone I have talked to has been great. My only issue is the day after I got my order they went on sale for $ 25. 95, instead of the $29. 95 I paid. Will definitely be buying more for projects that need to be super tough.

I very much like the quality of the filament and appreciate how in-contact you are with customers and their needs and wants. I appreciate that it is made in America, not for the national pride, but for the locality and higher standards that results in. Their products are far more superior than anything I've ever used. I tried to print a simple part 4 different times. The first one failed during the print. The second one failed while trying to get the part off the plate. The third one failed because it looked horrible and it also broke when I tried to get the supports off of it. I decided to try their PCTG and it printed great on the first try plus the supports broke off so easy! I quit ordering PETG or any other filament from Amazon! I love the local pickup option and ability to get filament right away. Also the quality has been top notch. Their profiles for prints have been spot on for my X1C.

The filament I have used so far has been fantastic. PCTG works great and the quality seems top notch. I have also had excellent customer service on the one occasion there was an issue with an order. The colors I've used so far are bright and vibrant with an excellent uniformity as well. I also appreciate the custom use profiles you provide for your filaments, they save a ton of tinkering about to get the filament dialed in priperly.
