Need a packing list that shows exactly what was posteded compared against what equipment/adapters are being manufactured that we are owed since we prepaid. Communication could be better. Someone..Jason? was to check with Nashville office to see what they're schedule looked like for training.

We purchase these tapes as they are affordable for measuring the OD of the product we manufacture. We purchase a couple hundred tapes a year as they are easy to use in our process. Over the years we have seen a steady decline in tape repeatability. We find a lot of measurement discrepancy between tape to tape. Typically we get 50% of each piece that will read different on a 1 inch and 2 inch standard. Typically if a tape reads accurate at 1 inch it will not read accurate at 2 inches and visa versa.

The T-24E tapping machine has drastically reduced our tapping time, with an 8" cut only taking about 15 minutes on most pipes. The hand feed allows you to go faster or slower depending on type of pipe you are cutting. The light weight of the machine is also a bonus as 2 men can easily maneuver the machine in tight quarters. I would highly recommend the T-24E.

Yes, please purchase me a 5" cutter, but send me the 51/2"cutter and tip blade as soon as possible. The machine is excellent. We have tapped two holes and it's very easy, I like the forward feed on this machine, I can feel how it it is cutting into the pipe. Also the powerful motor goes with ease, no strain and I like the way it is built onto the machine, all I have to do is press the button, my other machine has an air motor and I have to hold it and it is hard on my arms. I'm sorry I did not have this machine sooner, it would have made life a lot easier. Anyways, have a nice day and enjoy life.
