Horrible experience. Item was never
Horrible experience. Item was never shipped. Wasted hours on the phone on Christmas Eve trying to have a substitute item shipped. Told it couldn’t be done. I’ve been a loyal customer for YEARS and have ordered hundreds of gifts. I will not be renewing my passport membership. There are other companies that offer similar gifts. You’ve lost a customer over a $50 purchase that should have been CORRECTED. My best friend did not receive her Christmas present (which I ordered on Dec 3!) because of your negligence. This would have been so easy to fix, just ship a replacement gift since it was your mistake. Unacceptable. Disappointed.
