Usually a great experience! When recently changing warehouses, the order took longer, cam in multiple shipments. Was not aware of the reason for delay, until purchasing another item, about a week later. Upon receiving the order confirmation, there was the information about the warehouses. Really wish it had been sent with the first order as well. Kind of send a snippy email about how long it was taking. Sure they are back into the timely processing by now.
