I returned an item for a refund. I followed up with a phone call after I had confirmation that FedEx had delivered it to you. I spoke with a CS agent who confirmed the item was received after asking for my FedEx tracking number and informed me that I would be refunded within 3-5 business days. I received an email stating that as well. Today I sent a follow up email inquiring about my refund. I then received a called stating there was a miscommunication with the information I received about the refund. I was asked for the FedEx tracking number again. I provided it and the CS agent verified that it was received. The CS agent stated he would look into it and get back to. Look into what? Did you lose my return? I have many questions. Nevertheless, you have my review.
