For this purchase, the pricing was the fairest, and the shipping was reasonable.

Ordered simple axle bolts and expedited shipping. After 4 days, I called for shipping status, the guy went home early, so I left a message for him to call me immediately the next day. Didn't get a call, So I called again. The guy was there, but they hadn't been shipped yet after 5 days. I cancelled the order. Within seconds, i got an email that the order was cancelled. Absolutely horrible experience. I will never order from them again.
