Delivery much quicker than estimated

Hi, I’m really disappointed with the service on my recent order. After my first order of lip products arrived within 3 days, I felt confident placing another order for Wonderbrow products. However, it has now been 2 weeks and my order still hasn’t arrived. I followed this up on Friday and was told the products would apparently be dispatched today, but I’m still left waiting with no clear update. This delay and lack of communication have been very frustrating, especially after my positive first experience. As a very disappointed customer, I would appreciate an urgent update on my order status and confirmation of when I can realistically expect delivery.
