Shipping was fast.

Wonderful team and efficiency.

Products arrive quickly. I wish that I could return for another product if a style doesn't look good on my - hard to predict sometimes. I like your very detailed measurements of the item itself, then I can compare with things I like at home.

So many styles that I love and would like to own. It is only my long arms and legs and slender frame that work against me ordering even more of this fun line of clothing. I look forward to every catalogue. I would love if every pant came in 32-33" lengths, and long sleeves were just that - long (break below the wrist).

Thanks for making the size exchange process as smooth as it can be internationally. Even with accurate finish-garment measurements, it's very difficult to tell how a garment will fit and hang until it's actually on a body.

So easy to shop on line but my last purchase I called to place my order as I had a question about what size to order. Customer Service excellent and helped me order a different size as it's was running large So I went down a size and fit was perfect..So helpful.

Excellent customer service as always. Thank you, Rose Pickel

Packaging makes you know you are getting something special

I had to return for a different size. The woman who helped me was courteous and helpful.

There was an issue with my receiving order confirmation, as well as package tracking ( some update in your computer system?), but I was diligently and efficiently helped by your staff, and my package arrived promptly after all! Thank you!

Accepted my return easily and efficiently

The products are superior and I was pleased with the superior shipping quality upon receiving the products. This line is a superior line of clothing I will be investing in. I am very pleased.

Very helpful, pleasant sales people!

Service and shipping time was excellent! I was kept well informed about the progress about shipping and arrival time!

There was a delay in shipping, and this was immediately communicated to customers. Tracking was available and shortly after, the skirt was packaged beautifully and shipped.

Always wonderful products and service!

Lovely clothes. Interesting styles, excellent quality.

The cotton gauze blouse was not the right fit for me. Too boxy and short for my shape.
