A LOT bigger than I thought it would be. Very good material. Setup is simple, but you'll want an air compressor because the pontoons are huge! Fun for hours. Going to be using this for years to come. ALSO - The Package is over 45 lbs! Just in case you were curious as to how durable the material is.
