I have a micro bakery business, and these are my go to chocolate wafers for my signature chocolate chip pecan sea salt cookies. People are in love with them, and when they ask why they are so good- I tell them 1) the butter and 2) the CHOCOLATE! I mean a chocolate chip cookie better have some damn good chocolate in it. Guittard is some of the best. I was buying them in little bags, which was costing me a lot. Thankfully as I got busier, I was able to buy them in bulk from World Wide Chocolate! Nonpareils have been an absolute favorite of mine for over 60 years and Guittard Chocolates are the best. World Wide Chocolate has THE BEST selection of chocolates, but their Guittard selection is outstanding. I keep coming back for the nonpareils (which means having no equal), but have discovered the cocoa powder for hot chocolate, the vast array of baking chocolate and pretty much anything you could need to make wonderful confections of your own.
