Still haven’t received parcel, ordered November 30th, paid for expedited shipping. Emailed your company 3 times for an update. The worst customer service I’ve ever had. Still haven’t had a reply from your business, or received package.

Worst costumer service! Your company charged me $37 for shipping, gave and expected delivery date and missed it by 9 days And then claimed it was not your fault. 100% your fault. No ownership. Just wanted to argue and make excuses. Very disappointing. Will not order again from you
