Hi Workwear Express team, Just wanted to share some feedback on our recent experience — overall, really impressed. The selection is great, the quality across the brands you carry is excellent, and the delivery was fast. Solid 8/10. One small thing worth flagging: it would be really helpful if the tracking code was included automatically with the order confirmation. At the moment, we had to call in to get an update, and it seems like the office then has to check in with the warehouse separately — so it’s a bit of a back-and-forth. Nothing major, just a small process improvement that would make the experience seamless from start to finish. Beyond that, genuinely great to work with. Looking forward to the next order.
