i recently had my headphone jack on my strap not work anymore. The customer service rep, helped me through some trouble-shooting but they weren't successful. Then beyond that, Customer service offered me a refurbished unit, free of charge. I know this is a rare occurrence, but i'm just thankful and glad that I can continue to use a woojer strap.

After a while it becomes annoying the vibrations on your body, so I just keep it on top of the bed next to me.

solid unit I love bass so this adds to the musical experience.

Leider merkt man bei schnellerer Musik wie der Bass aus dem Woojer dem Bass aus den Kopfhörer etwas verzögert nachhängt, das macht das musikerlebniss schon kaputt. Die Audio Qualität muss ich allerdings loben, die ist hervorragend. also ganz gut als Bluetooth Empfänger an älteren Anlagen geeignet :D

This product was packaged well, similar to Apple product packaging, and shipped quickly. The web ordering experience was what you would expect, with additional emails confirming your order and keeping you up to date on the product delivery.
