Assembly was relatively simple. After completing the checklist and finding every adjustment withing specs from the factory, I filled it with hydraulic oil and tested with small branches. Since then we have chipped up limbs from ten 45' tall pines and firs with excellent results. Throws chips 30'.

The shipping was a little slow in my opinion. I believe it took about 21 days. After receiving it the driver put it in my garage. The instructions were easy to follow and understand. I am more than impressed with this woodchipper. It is well built, well-engineered and does everything that was advertised for it would do. I really have no complaints except the shipping time but it well worth the wait.

After spending too much money renting chippers, I did my research and settled on this unit with fingers and toes crossed that it would do the trick. This 6" Pro chipper has exceeded all expectations. We are using it on a New England farm to clean up lots of hardwood. No matter what we throw at it, it just keeps on churning. Could not be happier and well worth the investment! Shipping was quick and easy to arrange, assembly took some time and attention but was successful, and we'll be depending on this for tree-cleanup for many years to come. Easiest buying experience ever. Shipped right to my door and fast. We needed this mill for a large home project and they got here quick!

Arrived in heavy angle iron sturdy crate. Well packed had a couple fork marks through cardboard but no damage. I installed plywood on the shipping crate steel frame and use it to store bags of wood pellets.

Everything that Woodland Mills provided was great and exceeded my expectations. FedEx not so much.

So far it's a very nice piece of equipment.

Haven't had to deal with the company as the equipment has been fantastic. Hopefully they are as good as their products

This was a great buy! My favorite feature is the auto feed. I don’t have to shove branches into the feeder and it doesn’t shake my arm off. It’s easy, smooth, and quite efficient. I wish I would’ve bought this power-packed chipper sooner in life!

Great tool I added a couple enhancements to making it easier to transport. Works as advertised. My only mistake was not buying it sooner.

There was an issue when the chipper was first delivered with some paint that did not adhere properly with the metal prepping process, and Woodland Mills quickly sent some touch up paint and my request and no cost to me. Prompt response and addressed my needs in a fair manner. I give them high regards thus far with customer service.
