Received items. Was sent wrong lead. Have tried to contact numerous times via email but no one has replied. Very poor customer service.

To be fair one star is over rated. Initially Josh was reasonably responsive to my initial email and swapped my gifted collar for a smaller size. Unfortunately the wrong size was sent and since then I have had no response to my further emails.

The harness for Orka, our GSD is great. She loves wearing it and it's design looks great too.

Good quality and quick delivery

Unfortunately very difficult to get a response from the owner. I was lucky to be gifted a WOW bandana from a friend, but unfortunately too big. Josh was happy to exchange for size small but posted a medium. I emailed Josh a couple of times regarding this but no response to my emails.

Got told my order was going be here with in 3 to 4 day almost two weeks past so rung use and got told that use didn’t see my order but found it and sent it and it turned up 3 days later

I live your products, especially the leash is beautifully designed with padded handle with attachment for poo bags. I have red tartan collar, harness and leash for Nelly and blue tartan set for little Ollie. So fashionable and designed so strong and durable. Thank you Wolves of Wellington.
