I like my solar panels quite a bit and thought Wolf River did a nice job installing them, in particular, the care they took to run the conduit through my home's overhang--and not around it-- made them look quite attractive. Recently I had a small leak in the roof of my garage, which was under one of the panels. Luke of your customer care team got me on the repair schedule and a team of techncicians came out to my house in a timely fashion. The crew removed the panel above where the leak was located and repaired the leak using flashing and roofing caulk. i I was pleased with the timing of the repair because I am closing on the sale of my house shortly. We have had quite a bit of rain recently, and I am pleased to report that the problem was fixed. Nice job Wolf River!

Wolf River did a great job of installing our solar. There were many hoops to jump through, but they were by our side the whole way. The employees at Wolf River were very professional and very informative on every situation. Other companies told us it would be 8 months before they could even get us on their schedules. It was a long process, but worth it. We started in January and started producing in April. Would do again!

I would highly recommend Wolf River Electric for your solar project. The proposal to the contract was seamless with Daniel being very attentive without being pushy. He answered all of my questions quickly and patiently. When it came time to do the install Ron Pasch and his crew were efficient, knowledgable and very attentive to my property and structures. They even blew off all of the metal shavings on my steel roof so that they wouldn't scratch the coating!! Ron was very patient in answering all of my questions. I am an electrical contractor however I have zero interest in doing solar. Ron's attention to detail is a testament to his professionalism and knowledge. I could not find any fault with his install. I am meticulous in my jobs and to say that I was impressed is saying something. All of the crew were fun to converse with and they to were polite and professional. Thank you Wolf River!! It was truly a pleasure to work with you on my solar project. I will absolutely use you when I decide to expand and when I add a battery system.

Super friendly and knowledgeable, laid the plan out in very simple terms.

Wolf River has been very difficult to work with. The people are friendly, but not very competent. I live in an HOA and WRE did not prove effective dealing with the HOA. (Granted, the HOA is a pain. ) However, I had to educate my project manager and the HOA management company regarding the new statutes covering solar that went into effect in July 2023. Shouldn't the solar company be aware of the laws regarding solar energy in the state? There is not enough room to cover all the examples of incompetence that took place during the almost 4 months it took to get my system installed. Now, AFTER LESS THAN 6 MONTHS, 7 OUT OF MY 15 PANELS HAVE BEEN OFFLINE FOR 4 DAYS. My project manager said he would work with "scheduling" to get the issue resolved. But, IT'S BEEN 4 DAYS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN SCHEDULED. It's Memorial Day weekend, so it will be a full week that almost half my system is offline and no one has been scheduled to come out and fix it! Who knows how long it will take for someone to come out if scheduling can't take place after 4 days offline? It appears their product quality matches the quality of their work overall.
