I had my package left outside when it was raining and when I came from work and opened it, my backpack was dry. Nothing had happened to it. Would 10/10 recommend this brand and their services. I have a VERY serious issue with this backpack. :( I now have to spend MORE money on gym equipment to FILL this thing!!! hahaha. . . this bag is HUGE!!! I LOVE it!!! I have NOTHING to put in it. . . now I need a weight belt, maybe some resistance bands. . . but even then, there would more than likely be MORE room!!! Thank you! I do have a real complaint, though. . . there is NO velcro on the bottom pocket, so I can only have a small area for patches. :(
