At a time when America is doing everything to bring businesses back to America, this company made the decision to take it's manufacturing to Japan. If American made is important to you, this isn't the collars and leads you want. Very disappointing.

Excellent customer service
Customer service alone makes this a buy. I really wanted to love their products. My dogs fell in between small and medium sizes sadly. I have two 19-23 lbs cocker spaniels. Wolfgang, if you are listening, please reduce the size of the medium collar buckle and maybe offer a width between 5/8 and 1 inch (i.e., downsize the medium to <1 inch width, which is the width of the large collar). Anyways thanks for your products and customer service!
