The customer service excellence was second to none! I opened the box but did not take the product out although I could see it was as promised. I bought the product for my elderly pet who ended up passing away before I could unbox the delivery. When I contacted the company about a possible return they were so incredibly kind and empathetic. They extended their sympathies and immediately credited my account with a refund. I didn't expect that at all. All they asked is that if I felt the product could be of some use to please donate it which I have done. I cannot believe the incredible kindness extended to me during such a difficult time. That is great customer service to build a lifelong relationship with consumers.
