I need to know how to return this item. There is no phone number and I have emailed the address but have gotten no response.

The acid test for this holder will be durability. The magnet seems a bit weak, and I'll have to come up with some type of security apparatus for holding my phone when I hit an unexpected pothole or other jarring bump.
