Did Not Uphold Confirmed Print Guidelines, Sent Incomplete Prints
I verified a double-sided print for my backing cards via email. After submitting graphics for both the front and back, I received cards that were blank on the front. I had to purchase additional cards from a next day delivery service in order to meet my business deadline. I'm disappointed because I had been emailing back and forth with a Wizard Pin associate for weeks to make sure my order was correct and within the first two responses had received confirmation that my print needs would be met. I'm a small business, and this was an expensive mistake. I would be interested in receiving a refund for the cost of the backing cards.

Order did not match proof. When I contacted Customer Service, I was told that they did thinfs to my specifications and that the best solution was to reorder with a slight discount. Save your money and use a competitor.

Great service in designing the coins together. Final image was wonderful. Designed as a memorial to my father, I had them shipped to family. Was finally able to put my hands on them after a get together & they are outstanding.
