I received a tile that had residue on it. I sent a picture asking what to use to remove the residue and was given a couple of options which unfortunately didn’t work. I was given $3 off of shipping on the order I placed for a replacement tile. I actually ordered 2 replacement tiles in case there was an issue with another one. I would have expected instead to have been asked to return the faulty tile and had a free replacement shipped. Now I’ve paid for 3 tiles, one of which maybe half of the tile can be used.
