The DNA results came back for my kitten, which was fun to see. The importance of me getting this was his health as he was a rescue and orphaned. Wisdom panel came back quicker than they promised, and the reports are very detailed for what they test for and where your little fur baby’s results are.

We bought a dog from a rescue and wanted to know the specific breed. We were told she was a Treeing Walker Coonhound but we were unsure. We bought our test kit on Amazon and taking the sample was very easy. All you have to do is swab your dog's mouth for 15 seconds with 2 swabs. Our dog had no trouble with this. The results came back fairly quickly and she is a purebred Treeing Walker Coonhoun. I would recommend wisdom panel if you want to know your dog's breed(s).

Quicker results than what I thought. Surprise results.

Paid $100 for this test and got results that make no sense. According to the report, my dog is 28% Chihuahua — which is honestly hard to believe based on his appearance and size. The rest of the breeds listed also seem random rather than accurate. I reached out to customer support to ask if there could have been a mistake or sample mix-up and never received a response. For this price, I expected much better accuracy and at least basic customer service. Very disappointing.

I purchased mine via Amazon but the testing kit was easy to use and instructions were clear and easy to understand. The price is reasonable too.

Fast efficient service! but I just doubt the results…. It doesn’t seem logical that my dog would have that many different breeds in him and the fact that he looks like a German Shepherd in many aspects, but he’s only 5% German Shepherd doesn’t register as accurate.

I am thankful I completed this test on my dog.
