I use several of these temperature devices. I've ran into issues with some of them, as well as the app acting up, but overall this is the best solution I've found to manage monitoring temperature in my refrigerators and freezers. Any issues I've had have been resolved with a bit of troubleshooting. I would recommend these devices to anyone who has a bit of smart home device experience and is ready to spend time tinkering to get these operating and reporting as intended. I also have these linked to my Hubitat to run automatons when temperatures rise or fall outside thresholds for a certain duration.

I love using these tags to monitor freezers and refrigerators in my home. I also use the water sensors to ensure there are no leaks under my water filters that cause damage.

Really solid temperature monitoring solution. I have had 7 or 8 in constant use since 2015, keeping a record and alerting me to issues. I have them in multiple separate coolers and 2 server rooms. Low maintenance (battery changes) and very reliable. Will continue to use them for my temperature monitoring needs. Only dealt once with them on customer service, but they answered my questions and solved my issue, so no complaints!

I have been using wireless tags for several years now and they work very well. I depend upon them to report status of doors and garage especially when not at home. Battery life is reasonable.

Overall works as expected. Difficulty setting up - some tags would not activate. Dashboard could be better.

I've been using these for probably close to 10 years now. Started out with five then keep adding on, to where I now have two systems with 10 tags each. So far, only 1 tag out of about 20 failed n all of these years. Great system!

Not the greatest! Have multiple issues with tags. Batteries need to be changed when even if there at 60% full. Lose connection with some on same router for no reason. Some just stop working and can’t get them to reconnect.

Tags are easy to configure and have good range to the gateway. I'm using them for freezer, fridge, patio room, wine storage, and hot tub.

Its a great product & affordable, best is there isnt any ongoing fees once purchased.

My External Power Sensor ALS with LiPo battery works great monitoring the temperature inside my freezer. I bought the sensor hoping to improve battery life and stability in the cold. The LiPo's voltage has remained constant without recharging for nearly three months now. I also have several Tag Pro's. They work very well at temperatures above freezing, but their CR2032 batteries don't last long at temperatures near 0 F. The LiPo-based sensor solves that problem.

I use these tags In Australia to monitor freezer & fridge temperatures. This can then be presented to health authorities to demonstrate that our produce has been kept at the correct temperatures.

I'm happy with my purchase. I got a set of five tags and used them to monitor the garden and greenhouse (in plastic bags with desiccant for humidity protection). The life of the batteries was highly variable. Yes, in the cold it is quite short. The I-phone interface with no subscription fees is very user friendly. Lots of options to customize the frequency of logging and alerts. When I had an issue setting up the tag manager, I was able to resolve it reading the online documents. I had issues with the signal not being received in certain locations despite being well within the rated range. The sensors miss more data points as the batteries run low. I wouldn't trust them for anything mission critical but they are easy and affordable for hobby use.
