Just received this coat in the most terrible condition imaginable.   What a shocking disappointment for Wilsons Leather!  You had already cancelled my order for this coat two previous times.   Now it arrives and it is covered with brown, rust stains ALL over the coat.   And you're going to charge me a fee to return it?  I protest.   I would like a full refund for all monies.   Please let me know what you are prepared to do.

I paid for expedited shipping but the jacket arrived late. Had to call customer service twice to initiate a refund.

This coat is nice but it is huge. I ordered a Medium, but I am swimming in it. I am a small, but ordered up because sometimes with a bulky underneath, it can be hard to move. Not the case this time. Also, it comes past my knees and I’m 5’8”.

I recomend this company, the leather is amazingly soft and last forever!
