I am confident I can make it breastfeeding so much longer after going back to work because of these pumps! The ease of use and ability to pump on the go is a game changer!

All the pump parts, accessories
All the pump parts, accessories and the pump itself work so well. It’s hard to get parts but worth it when you find them. I work as a hygienist and I wouldn’t be able to pump at work without elvie. So thankful for it

Would love if there were
Would love if there were two-way zippers on the front cooler/pump-holder part, and maybe one more small interior pouch/pocket for organizing in the larger compartment of the bag, but otherwise, it's perfect! Would buy again!

Love it, changed my life.
Love it, changed my life. I’m free to move around and am less stressed about pumping, just wish I could purchase replacement washable parts

Product was not delivered. USPS
Product was not delivered. USPS was no help. Elvie customer support is very nice but also is no help. Customer support escalated the case and I was told I'd hear back in 24-48 hours. I called back 3 days later and got the same response (24-48 hours). I've been calling back every 2 days since and always get the same response; it's been weeks now. At one point I asked customer support on the phone if they could offer a coupon to buy a new pump and they told me they'd let me know later that day via email. Later that day they sent me an email saying that they'd let me know if they can offer a discount; multiple days later and nothing else has been communicated. It is clear that the customer support team is not empowered to help the customers. I'd recommend buying from any other competitor just due to customer service issues. Product is probably fine. Who knows.

Turns out shield size was
Turns out shield size was not the issue with my pump. For many reasons I don’t recommend this pump: doesn’t charge well, charge doesn’t last long, can’t tell if it’s on right and milk is coming out, can’t do much in them, because they shift and then they’re off, and the app always blows out of proportion how much has been pumped.

I was hopeful these would
I was hopeful these would make pumping more comfortable and have good suction, however these decreased my supply.

After “doing my research,” comparing
After “doing my research,” comparing my options, and reading and watching way too many reviews, I’m bought my first pair of Elvie’s in 2021 before going back to work after having my first. And let me tell you, they were absolutely amazing. I used them 5x a day to/at/from work and anytime away from baby for a year. I don’t think I could’ve reached my breastfeeding goal without them. After weaning, I cleaned them up and packed them away. Fast forward to 2023, I did it all over again with my second with the same great results. Fast forward to 2025, now on my third, one of my pumps started dying. While away on a girls trip, I noticed a decrease in output on just one side. After a few sessions switching parts and sides around, process of elimination narrowed it down to “it must be the pump itself. ” It stopped working by the time I was in the airport on my way home. With 4 years of great service, I retired my old pumps and started researching again. I decided to try out the Willow Go to give them a chance as it was said they were stronger but still wearable and convenient. There are more, but the biggest downside: they are SO loud. Like, lost my train of thought while responding to an email loud. Can’t wear them in the same room as my sleeping baby or husband loud. It’s almost laughable how loud they are compared to the Elvies. After trying my best to get over it and ignore it for a week, I decided there was no way I was pumping at work like that, disturbing both myself and anyone around me. So I bought my second pair of Elvies. They were on sale, shipped fast, and have been amazing all over again. I still use the Willows but only at home once a night in a different room when baby sleeps too long. Silver lining is, I don’t have to re-wash my Elvie parts again in the middle of the night before work the next day. I have been so incredibly happy with my Elvie pumps, and now that I’ve tried another type, I can and do most confidently recommend them to anyone who asks. (Photo...
