I feel like there is need for improvement in the design to get an effective brush

My wife kept hinting at this option for our boys (4yrs and 6yrs). They would take their precious time in the mornings. When she initially showed me this option, I was hesitant because of the price because it wasn't just one device, it would be two. So after a couple of months, the father's day deal popped up. I missed it by a day (oh no!) But I ended up purchasing two anyway, which there was still a deal going on for first-time buyers. After the boys used it for the first time, they were EXCITED! They went from struggling to brush once a day, to WANTING to brush in the morning and before bed. After 3 weeks of use, I would definitely recommend this to anyone. With the peace of mind my wife has now, I would've paid full price because it has been worth it. Nothing but positive experiences here!

We bought this system for our adult special needs daughter who has always struggled brushing her teeth on her own. Seen the Willo system and thought it would be a good solution. She has a small mouth for her age (24) but got the large brush since this was designed for children. The mouthpiece is too wide for her to use comfortably so we ordered a medium size. When it arrived, checked it before opening and it looked to be the exact same size as the large. We called Willo support who was very helpful arranging exchange for a small brush and covered the return shipment, very good service. However the small base does fit better the brush itself does not extend back far enough to reach molars. We haven't tried swapping the large brush we still have onto the small holder but will be our next step. Suggestion might be to provide dimensions of the entire brush/base to make fitment easier. The operation of the unit so far is great!
