Great product at a great price

Issue with InPost delivery service never resolved. Order cancelled by Wilkinson Sword and told to place another order, although the parcel was returned by InPost. At one point I was advised that the delayed order would to go ahead and a refund be processed. This didn't happen.

Poor quality

Well packed an arrived promptly

… … …

Very easy to shop with Wilkinson

The razor is well built, the brush is great and the soap is useful and smells good. The razor blades are okay but you get a closer shave using razors from the Feather brand, easily bought online and compatible with this razor.

I received this as a gift due to a delay in my order of shaving soap. The issue was resolved by your representative Chan and for that I’m extremely grateful. I’ve been a Wilkinson Sword customer for approximately fifty years and will continue to be so. On a separate note, please don’t drop the traditional soap, brush and three blade range. It’s still superior to the foam method if you’re are heavily bristled. Many thanks

disappointing as it doesn't last till end of the day !
