First time buyer do this product. The cereal comes in a powdered form, and the texture after liquid is added, is dare I say disgusting. In addition, to my taste it is overly sweet, at 7 gm of sugar per serving, certainly not a perk for anyone wanting to control insulin resistance and not wanting blood sugar spikes. I would return it if I could. The websites states that they want customers to be 100% satisfied, but not if you have actually opened the product and tried it, I guess, because once it’s opened, you can’t return it. Hmmmm
